Enexon's Equity Participations

Enexon often invests directly into relevant projects and initiatives alongside entrepreneurs.

Enexon and its founders have performed diverse direct equity investments, now completed with full exit, in various companies: Lario Engineering Spa, Urbissimo Ltd, Enexon Srl, Hideal Partners Sàrl, WiseEnergy TOPS International Ltd, Jonica Energia Srl.


Currently, the Company holds directly or indirectly equity positions in the following companies:

TOPS Energy (Technical OPeration Services) is the leading independent and specialized provider of O&M and technical services to utility scale photovoltaic plants, ensuring the highest quality level and the overall optimum energy production performances. 


Enexon Ventures has been created in 2018 to promote new initiatives in the energy and environmental sectors in North Africa. To date, the company has incorporated two fully owned subsidiaries:

  • Enexon Technology, to promote studies and research to restore operations of depleted hydrocarbon field by leveraging the new technologies which allow a much higher exploitation ratio
  • Glace Polaire Maroc, to produce and sell dry ice (solid CO2) into the local market

Investing in PV assets


Enexon has invested in acquiring operating PV assets with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) business model, which focus on owning and operating photovoltaic power plants to produce clean renewable energy in the long term. The business model of Enexon is to acquire undervalued assets from the secondary market and to restore their full potential and economic value benefiting from profitable and stable cash flows.

The company currently owns, or have a qualified participation, in (see pictures below):

  • 1MW PV plant, located on the roof of a logistic center in Calamandrana (AT)
  • 3 ground based PV plants for a total power of 2.5MW  located in Collepasso (LE)
  • 1MW PV plant, located on the roof of a logistic center in Pomezia (Rome)
  • 1.6MW PV plant, located on the roof of a logistic center in Ossona (MI)

Further acquisitions are currently being evaluated.
